Ingredients of Beef kaleji

  1. You need 500 gm of beef liver.

  2. It’s 100 gm of mustard oil.

  3. Prepare 150 gm of onion.

  4. Prepare 1 1/2tsp of coriander powder.

  5. You need 1 tsp of red chilly powder.

  6. It’s 1/4 tsp of black pepper powder.

  7. You need 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder.

  8. It’s 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.

Beef kaleji instructions

  1. Cut small pieces of liver n wash properly n keep aside..

  2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker add sliced onion and fry till golden brown. Then add kaleji and all the other ingredients except garam masala..

  3. Cover the lid n cook for 5-6 whistles. when cool cook for for 5-6 mins till dry n oil is released. Sprinkle garam masala n mix..

  4. Serve hot with roti, puri or rice.
