Mutton kaleji step by step

  1. First wash the kaleji pieces in lemon juice and keep aside..

  2. Now heat up a pan with oil add all whole spices and sauté for few seconds then add sliced onion fry till golden in colour..

  3. Then add ginger garlic paste fry for a minute to remove raw smell. Then add turmeric powder and salt mix it..

  4. Now add the kaleji pieces and mix it well fry it on high heat for 5-7 minutes..

  5. Now add green chilli paste and all the powdered masala and 1/2 cup water mix it well then add chopped tomato, cover and cook for 30 minutes on medium flame till oil separates..

  6. Stir 2-3 in the middle..

  7. At last add chopped coriander leaves and switch off the flame..

  8. Our delicious kaleji is ready for o serve..
