Dust a work surface with cornflour and sugar.
Unmould the turkish delight and cut it into strips.
Peel and mash the potatoes in a bowl.
Take a strainer and wash poha in it properly.

Take sugar& water in a bowl.

Make a paste of poha with milk grind it in the mixie.

When the sugar is melted add rose petals.

Boil the syrup about 10 min.

When it cools down,add edible red colour.

Add poha paste.

Take 2 tbsp syrup in a seving glass add lemon juice,ice cubes,stir a little.

In a grinder, grind roasted peanuts.
In a bowl, combine together mashed potatoes, poha, chopped chilies, chopped coriander leaves, red chili powder, salt, garam masala, dry mango powder (amchur), peanuts.
