In a pan saute suji for 4-5 minutes as aroma starts coming and suji turns golden brown. Now take it out in a plate..

Now in pan add 2 tbps cooking oil and add curry leaf,Rai,urad dal and saute for 1 min. Now add chopped carrot and saute for one minute.Now add sliced onion and saute it untill it turns golden brown..

Now add capsicum and tomato,salt, red chilli powder and sambhar masala.saute for 3-4 minutes..

Now add that sauted suji in this mixture with 4cup water and cook untill water is completely soaked.

Now upma is ready and garnish with any nuts and coriander..
