Mutton ginger karahi kaleji. Add ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,red chili crushed and mix well. Add green chilies and mix well. Now add mutton liver and mix well.

  1. It’s of Mutton or beef kaleji.

  2. Prepare of cup Oil.

  3. It’s of (I've used less oil if you want U can add more oil).

  4. You need of Salt.

  5. Prepare of Garlic…..

  6. It’s of Ginger…….1/3 cup or 1/2 cup chopped..or as per liking.

  7. You need of Crushed red chillies….

  8. Prepare of Vinegar…….

  9. You need of Lemon juice……

  10. It’s of medium Tomatoes……..

Now add ginger and garlic and fry until onion turns golden brown.

Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and cumin powder and fry.

Add the lamb/mutton and fry on high, stirring constantly until all the meat has changed its colour ; Add the minced ginger and garlic and give this a quick fry, until the raw smell goes away.

  1. In a wok add oil and set flame low to medium and add in the kaleji…..stir fry for few min until it changes its colour then add garlic and continuously stir fry for more few min till aroma comes…..

  2. Now add tomatoes salt.. crushed red chillies…haldi powder and vinegar and cook on low flame for 15 to 20 min… dont need to add water and don't overcook…it will be hard or Chewy……

  3. When it will be tender then add all remaining ingredients and stir fry for more few minute…..then turn off the stove……U will love the taste then garnish with fresh coriander…….
