Arbi ke pattay….besan.

Adrak 1 inch chopped ginger 4 kali chopped….besan me salt…chilli…turmeric…garam.maasla powder mix well with water…

Now spread ghol.over arbi patta and fold those and steam for 5 min…then shallow fry over non stick and cut on shape…

Not make gravy of 2 onion…4 garlic cloves…1 inch ginger…2 tommatos..

Grind well and fry oil golden with raw khada masala…

Add all the required s..now after cooking mix add 1 chp water boil it add patta fry and hot serve.
