  2. You need 1 tbsp of cumin seeds (jeera).

  1. In a mixing bowl add wheat flour (atta), cumin seeds (jeera), oil, salt. Mix well. Add enough water to bind tight dough. Keep aside for 10 mins..

  3. Knead dough again and make 4-5 equal portions. Roll each and cut into 1/4" pieces as shown..
