You need 4 tbsp of confectioner's sugar.

Prepare 1 cup of heavy whipping cream.
I was making a tres leches cake and added some Rum Chata to the milk combination.
I was going to go with making a buttercream frosting but figured why not make a lighter topping for the cake.
It's fun, festive and brings just the right amount of fun to any party!

Using a hand blender with a whisk attachment mix all ingredients in a bowl on high until fluffy peaks form. (It took me approximately 5-6 minutes.).

Variations include 2 oz of Khalua or Grand mariner..
But take a little RumChata and add it to some fresh whipped cream.and you've got yourself a champagne cocktail.
Whip the cream in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the whisk attachment.
When it starts to thicken, add the sugar, vanilla, and rum.
Continue to whip until it forms stiff peaks.
