In a pan, Add vegetable oil then your couscous, fry for about 4-5minutes then add your scotch bonnet & pepper paste..

Keep on stirring in other to prevent it from burning, Add seasoning, soy sauce and spices. Add desired amount of water and then add chopped onions,green pepper, green beans and carrots.

Allow to cook for atleast 5minutes on low heat. Bon appetite ❤️.
Add the tomato, mushrooms, capsicum, stock, and herbs to the pan, reduce heat, and simmer.
