Sauté finely chopped capsicum in oil add little water till it softens.

Add a little water and a spoon of butter then after stirring once again add chopped coriander salt and 2 tbsp of pav bhaji masala and let it boil.

Heat 3 tbsp of butter.

Fry finely chopped onions.

Add 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp of red chili powder, 2 tbsp of pav bhaji masala, kasoori methi, a pinch of hing.

Add some coriander (optional).

Squeeze 1 lemon.

Mix both the GRAVIES AND MASH it well.

Once it boils and thickens garnish it with coriander and onions and serve it with bread.
