  1. Prepare 500 gm of lauki(bottle gourd).

  2. Prepare 1 tsp of clarified butter or ghee.

  3. You need 1 of greenchilly chopped.

  4. It’s of Salt as per taste.

  5. It’s 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder optional.

  6. It’s 1 pinch of asafoetida optional.
