You need of Rice flour.

Prepare of Sugar or raw cane sugar.

It’s of Baking powder.

You need of Egg.

You need of Milk.

It’s of Vegetable oil or Rapeseed oil.
Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl; stir in the milk, vegetable oil, and salt.
Whisk in the rice flour until no dry lumps remain.
In a medium mixing bowl use a wire whisk or rotary beater to beat eggs until combined.
Add rice flour, rice milk and salt.

Combine the rice flour, baking powder, and sugar with a whisk. Add the egg, milk, and vegetable oil and mix..

Once smooth, cook the pancakes in a frying pan. Pour the batter into a heated frying pan until golden brown (dont use oil)..

You can eat them plain or you can top them with jam or honey..
Remove skillet or pie plate from oven.
Immediately pour batter into the hot pan.
Separate the egg whites from the yolk.
Beat the whites until they form stiff peaks.
