Yamarita instructions

  1. 1/2 tuber of medium yam chopped into pieces, wash the yam place in a pot add 1 cube of maggi or a pinch of salt and boil till its tender.drain the water and allow to cool..

  5. Heat up some oil in a frying pan, set it on medium heat, when the oil heats up, dip each flour and egg coated yam into the oil fry and flip on all sides till golden brown.
