  1. First cut tomatoes and put them in pan.

  2. Add 1 tbs oil in it. Cover the lid and cook until tomatoes tender nicely.

  3. Now put remaining oil in a wok.

  4. Add ginger garlic paste and fry it 2 minutes.

  5. After 2 minutes add washed kaleji in it.

  6. Fry it on high flame until kaleji releases water.

  7. Now add sliced onion in it and mix it well.

  8. Now add all spices except garam masala.

  9. Now cover it and cook 5 minute again.

  10. When water dry add tender tomatoes in kaleji and mix well.

  11. And in last add green chillies, garam masala and lemon juice.

  12. Mix them and serve it with nan raita and salad.
