It’s 2 cups of beans.

Prepare 1 of large dried fish.

You need 3 of tbspns palm oil.

I cooked the beans in a pressure pot, then transferred it to a pot, add in grated onions and peppers, oil, seasonings and then I cover to allow it to cook.

I washed the dried fish, with hot water, salt and lemon. When the beans was 90% done, I added the fish, ginger and black pepper and allow to cook for 5 minutes or so and its done. And then I finally fried the plantain. Serve hot and enjoy!!.
Then drain the water and wash.
