Deep fry the balls and keep aside.

Heat oil temper jeera seeds,bay leaf,dry red chilli.

Add ginger garlic paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder.

Add tomato puree and saute.

Now add jeera powder and cashew-raisins paste combine well.

Add water and boil the curry.

Add the fried balls and cover.

Finally add garam masala powder and sugar.
