Spinach millet dhokla step by step

First of all make powder of the millet..

Grind the spinach to make the puree..

Add curd, spinach puree, ginger, chilli, cumin paste together..

Add the oats powder in it andix it well and allow it rest for 30 minutes..

After that mix salt, eno powder in it..

Now grease a pot with oil and pour the batter in it. Heat a cooker with 1 glass of water and steam the dhokla without weighing the whistle in high flame for 10 minutes..

After that check the dhokla is perfectly done or not by incorporating a toothpick in it. If it comes out clearly then it is perfectly steamed..

Heat a small pan for with oil and add mustard and sesame seeds in it. When they crackle then add the curry leaves and chopped chilli in it..

Add water, Jaggery powder and salt in it and allow it to boil and switch off the flame. Add lemon juice in it..
