Mexican Corn Bread. This is the best cornbread recipe esp. Mexican that I have ever tasted!!! It's easy fast. fun and most ingredients are on hand.

Combine the remaining ingredients; add to the cornbread mixture just until moistened.

This super moist Mexican style cornbread gets its fabulous flavor and texture from the cream-style corn and shredded cheese.

Onion, bell peppers, and jalapeno peppers give it some nice heat and extra flavor.

Ingredients of Mexican Corn Bread

  1. It’s 2 stick of butter.

  2. It’s 3/4 cup of sugar.

  3. It’s 4 of eggs.

  4. You need 1 cup of cheddar cheese (shredded).

  5. It’s 4 oz of can diced green chili's.

  6. You need 1 cup of flour.

  7. You need 1 cup of cornmeal.

  8. It’s 1 of 16 ounce can creamed corn.

  9. You need 1/4 tsp of salt.

  10. Prepare 4 tsp of baking powder.

Now add the cornbread mixes and stir just until moistened.

I prefer Old El Paso chopped green chiles because they are a bit.
