Take a kadai or pan and dry roast suji for 2 to 3 minutes..

Meanwhile take 1 tbsp desi ghee and saute veggies in it for 2 minutes. Now add 1 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp chaat masala and cook it for further 5 minutes..

As such veggies are cooked now mix sooji slowly in the fried veggies,stir and mix properly..

Now add water and stir gradually on medium flame till water is dried and yummy upma is ready now to eat. Serve it hot..
