Party jollof step by step

  1. Wash your meat with salt, add ur salt, seasoning, and 1 bulb of onion mix well allow it to rest for 15 minutes.

  2. Boil your meat and fry..

  3. Rinse your tomatoes, pepper, tatashe, and onion, blend smooth and boil..

  4. Put oil in a pot when it is heated add ur sliced onion and your boiled pepper at dis point you add your tin tomato, salt and seasoning then allow to dry..

  5. Put water in a bigger pot for per boiling of the rice. Put your rice in a bowl add salt and hot water stir and cover. After 10mins you wash it out..

  6. When it is ready you put your pot on the fire with water when boiled add ur fried tomatoes sauce taste for salt and seasoning if not enough add more.

  7. Add your washed rice when the water boils out..

  8. Cut your onion, carrot and green beans to desired size add it to the rice when it gets dried and allow the stem into the vegetable before stirring..

Party jollof rice are usually very authentic in taste, richer and far more delicious compared with the everyday hob method.
