  1. Dry roast semolina and add curd after cool down.add some water.rest it for 30 to 60 minutes.minimum 30 minutes.

  8. Transfer mixture to the bowls estimatley add cover it for steam after 5 to 10 minutes it will all set.

  9. For tadka roast onion and green chilli add ketchup and pinch of salt and pepper.spread it on idli.lets enjoy yummy idli.
