Paneer tikka masala served in restaurants is amazingly flavorful & uniquely delicious since paneer is grilled in Tandoor, a clay oven which imparts.
Transfer the paneer to a mixing bowl.
In a small bowl, stir the yogurt, ginger, garlic, cumin, paprika, and salt.
Paneer Tikka Masala is marvelously saucy and begs for something to mix with it.

In a bowl, whisk well all the ingredients mentioned under Marination section.

Add cubed onions, tomatoes, capsicum and paneer.

Marinate and keep it aside for 1 hour.

Soak cashews in warm water for 30 minutes. Drain excess water. Grind tomatoes and cashews to form smooth puree.

Insert Paneer, veggies to skewers. Grill in greased grill pan. Cook for 2 minutes on each side.

Place the cooked paneer and veggies aside.

Heat oil in a pan and splutter cumin seeds.

Add onions and saute until browned.

Add ginger garlic paste and saute until raw aroma disappear.

Add green chillies, spice powders, salt and 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala. Mix well.

Add ground puree and cook until oil starts leaving the sides.

Add water and cream. Mix well. Simmer and cook for a minute.

Add Paneer and veggies. Gently Mix well.

Add remaining garam masala, kasuri methi, lemon juice and mix. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
