First make stuffing, fry in little oil onion and then lehsan adrak paste 1/4tsp and golden add carrot and capiscum and bhonofy.

Add then shreded chicken and again stirr your spoon add masala salt, paper,Soyasauce2tbsp and then add maida and as after 3secs add milk and dry it. Your stuffing is ready.

Knead and then keep in fridge and ghee 200 gram ko melt karein as cool it under fan before it become hard put ice cube tray and one glass water and all ghee will again in its hard form keep it in freezer for 2hours..

After 2hours take out and all ghee will b up wards and water will b down as after 5mints ap us ko hand ke sath nikal kar squeze karein ghee ko then put in a container or flat box tap with meat hammer as soft..

Take out ur dough and make a square with roller pin and put ghee all in center cover from one side then other side down wards and put in freezer. Do this process 4times and spread maida on slap and again fold out in 4 sides without ghee because ghee is in side we have to emerge it inside and tap with maida and keep in freezer twice aisa karna h. Sorry I could not make pic because one day before to make patiss then wrap in cling sheet and keep when ever u want to make any thing take out and make.

Know take out /2hoour before filling it become soft and roll with roller pin sheet and fill stuffing and make your shape you like and egg wash spread and press with fork and keep in preheat oven 35mints.
