Stir fried couscous. Stir-fry couscous is the recipe I'm sharing today if you are tired of eating rice every time then you need to try couscous. According to the Wikipedia couscous, the origin of couscous is not certain but they referred to couscous as a North African national dish, and there is wheat couscous too.   6. You need 2 of whole carrots.

  7. It’s of Salt, thyme, curry, cinnamon, bay leaves, white & black pepper.

Heat olive oil in a wok over high heat.

Add onion and garlic and season with salt and pepper.

Fry until onions start to colour.

Stir in couscous; cover pan and remove from heat.

Stir fried couscous step by step

  1. Measure 2 cups of couscous and pour in a bowl with salt, little oil and 2 cubes Maggi chicken. Pour boiled water over the couscous. Until it is an inch over it.cover and keep aside for 10 minutes..

In large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat until hot.

Remove from skillet with slotted spoon; keep warm.

Gradually pour the boiling water (with the melted chicken cube) to the couscous little by little, and stirring continously until it is absorbed.

You may choose not to add all the water, or depending on the instruction on the packet of the couscous.

Once couscous is set, add the stir-fried vegetables to it and stir once again over a low flame.
