Cabbage Kofta curry step by step

Add grated cabbage and potatoes in a bowl. Add chopped green chillies, garlic paste, chickpea, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, salt and ghee. Mix it well..

Make small balls from the mixture..

Deep fry them in a pan until it turns brown. Do not over fry..

Keep the balls in a separate plate. For the gravy first grind tomatoes, green chillies and ginger in a grinder and make a fine paste..

Heat 2 tablespoon oil in the same pan. Put jeera, hing and kasuri methi in it. Simmer the flame..

Put turmeric powder and coriander powder in the oil. Do not burn it..

Put tomato paste in the pan. Cook it until the oil separates. Put salt, black pepper and garam masala powder in it..

Put 2 tablespoon besan. Cook it well. Put water as per consistency..

Cover the pan and cook it for 10 minutes and then put Kofta balls in it..

Garnish it with coriander. Serve..
