In a pan,add 1 tbsp oil, green chili and saute for 2 mins..

Then add sliced tomato,tamarind,garlic,curry leaves, coriander leaves, salt and saute until it turns mushy..

Let it cool down completely. Add cumin seeds and grind to smooth paste..

In a pan,add 2 tbsp oil mustard seeds,urad dal,curry leaves, hing and let it splutter..

Then add the ground chutney and saute until oil gets absorbed for 5-7 mins..
