Add peas paste & make a mixture..

Now make a small round from flour dough,put 1tspn peas mixture in it..

Roll it again..

Deep fry all the pooris..

For dum aloo, add bay leaf, dry red chilli, green cardamom & cinnamon stick in hot oil..

Add chopped onion, tomato& ginger garlic paste..

Add all spices..

Prick the boiled potatoes with a fork & add it with spices..

Add 2 cup hot water & let it cook for 10 to 15 mins..

After that adjust salt & gravy.Add coriander leaves..

I thought kachori means crispy dry snack, but when I was looking for this peas kachori recipe, it was just like a stuffed puri.
And the stuffing was so similar to peas paratha.
I wanted to make peas paratha, but ended up making peas kachori as i have a sudden craving for kachori.
