  1. While cooking the rice add all khada masala and salt to it..

  2. Heat the oil in a pan. Add jeera, green chillies. Stir well. Add grated ginger, carrot and green chana to it. Stir well. Cover and cook for 5 minutes..

  3. Add garam masala and stir well. Now add cooked rice, lemon juice. Mix well. Cover and cook for 5 minutes..

  4. Switch off the gas and keep the rice as it is. After 15 minutes pulao is ready to serve. Garnish with finely chopped coriander. Serve with raita, pickle..
