  1. Grind boiled chana in a grinder and add all the ingrdients and mix it.

  2. After mixing add water slowly slowly and mix it well dough should not be formed.. After mixing Grease your palm with oil Take small portion of mixture and give tikki shape.

  3. Now as the tikkis are made.. Keep in room temperature for 15 to 20 mins… Later Grease the pan with oil add crushed garlic and let it stay for 5 to 10 seconds.

  4. Now add tikki on that garlic and brush up the tikki from above the tikki and add crushed garlic on it… Let it cook for 2to3 mins in slow medium flame.

  5. Flip the tikki as it turns to golden brown.. Cook the tikki in slow medium flame for 5to7 minutes to get crispy tikki… As tikki gat cooked serve it with sauce or chutney and enjoy😊.

Mash chickpeas coarsely; do not make smooth.
