Clean and wash spinach and boil it for 15 mins. After boiling, let it cool completely then grind it with very less or no water(dont throw the spinach water)..

In a kadhai heat oil, add cumin seeds and cinnamon stick, after1 min roast besan(gram flour) when it starts turning light brown, add tomato puree, mix besan and Puree..

Add all the spices..

Once tomato puree is fully cooked, add curd and mix it..

Few minutes later, add the spinach puree in the kadai and mix it properly, if you feel it is thick we can add the leftover spinach water..

Now cook spinach gravy on low flame and add cream, meanwhile cut the paneer into triangle shape, then add them to gravy and cook for few more minutes..

Dhaba style palak paneer is ready to relish, garnish it with grated paneer and serve it with paratha or chapatis..
