Riped-Mango Salad. Mangoes - This recipe required ripe mangoes. Choose the mangoes that are firm and juicy. Onion - I like to add red onion in this salad for their pungent taste.

Whisk together vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and pepper until sugar is dissolved, then add oil, whisking until emulsified.
