Chana Tikka Masala. Gobhi Chana Tikka Masala is a lovely vegetarian alternative to a non-vegetarian Indian favorite. You can make it with many different vegetables but this combination of chickpeas and cauliflower tastes really good! The tikka sauce is easy to cook beforehand and freeze.

Prepare 1 cup of white chana(chole).

The version I made this week used both cubed sweet potatoes and chickpeas, so technically, it might best be called tikka chana masala.

Chana Tikka Masala instructions

Soak chole 4 to 5 hours and boil it and drain water from chole after boiling.
