Prepare 1/4 tsp of garam masala.

Add salt,garam masala and cumin powder to the gram flour and mix well..

Add water slowly to it to make a paste for coating the bread….whisk the mixture for a minute or two..

On first slice apply green chutney or green chilli sauce..keep the 2nd slice on the 1st to make a sandwich. Now on the 2nd slice apply tomato sauce or any other sauce.Put the 3rd slice on the 2nd one..

Heat oil for frying..

Coat the 3 slices together with the gram flour coating..and deep fry till golden brown..

Cut into triangles and serve…
