Husband Egg Salad. Husband said it was best egg salad I ever made. will be using this from now on. We haven't had egg salad in forever, so I went searching for a good basic recipe. Hubby and I both enjoyed this very much on sandwiches with seven grain.

I know I will make this and only this egg salad from now on!!

Ingredients of Husband Egg Salad

  1. You need 4 each of Boiled eggs.

  2. It’s 4 slice of Bread.

  3. You need 3 slice of Bacon.

  4. You need 4 tbsp of Mayo.

  5. It’s 2 tbsp of Finely chopped Celery.

  6. It’s 2 tbsp of Onion.

  7. You need 2 tsp of Cream Cheese (whipped).

  8. Prepare 1/4 tbsp of Garlic Powder.

  9. It’s 1/2 tbsp of Yellow Mustard.

  10. It’s 1 of Salt and Pepper to taste.

  11. You need 1 of Optional: 2tsp dill/sweet relish, tomato, lettuce, or other favorite sandwich toppings..

I did add Cayenne pepper for a kick AMAZING EGG SALAD.

PEOPLE DO NOT ADD HALF A LEMON JUICE THAT WILL KILL IT..

Place egg in a saucepan and cover with cold water.

Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat.

  1. Boil and peel Eggs.

  2. Finely chop Eggs, Onion, and Celery.

  3. Cook Bacon (I microwave 2-3 slices for. 2 1/2 min).

  4. Chop Bacon in small pieces.

  5. Mix Egg, Onion, Celery, and Bacon. Add the Mayo, Mustard, Cream Cheese, Salt, Pepper, Garlic, and Relish (if desired) MIX thoroughly w/ a fork till blended..

  6. Put Egg Salad on top of Sandwich toppings and serve. This is good room temp, or chilled..
