Sambar masala step by step

In a pressure cooker heat oil….crack mustard seeds and curry leaves.

Now add all veggies with choppedd ginger garlic.

Now put salt,red chilli,turmeric coriander powder with enough water…..

Now add daal and take 3 whistle in cooker.

Cool it….open cooker…mix tamarind pulp,sambhar masala,dry mango powder…mix it and serve with idli dosa.
