  1. Prepare 1.5 cup of leftover fermented batter (idli/dosa).

  2. Prepare of Sauté.

  11. Prepare 2 of Green chillies chopped.

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add the ingredients. Roast until golden brown..

  4. When the edges start to turn golden; flip the paniyarams and let them con on the other side too for avoid 4 minutes..

  5. Once done, serve with sambar and/ or chutney..
