  1. It’s 200 grams of strawberry chocolate compound.

  2. Prepare 5 of cherry finely chopped.

  3. You need 1 of dry fruit gulkand.

  4. You need as required of Rose petals to garnish.

I made half and half of chocolate modaks and used the other half for stuffing.

  1. Melt strawberry chocolate compound by double bath. Add chopped cherries in melted and softened chocolate and mix well now fill 1/2 of the modak mould with spoon and in center fill with small portion of gulkand, and again fill the chocolate till top tap and keep it in the fridge for 10-minutes to set..

  2. Remove from the fridge, unmould the chocolates and serve ready chocolate in plate and garnish with rose petals and serve delicious chocolate Modak to Shree Ganesha..

Actually I loved the stuffed one and mittu loved the chocolate modaks more.

Use good quality cooking chocolate and coco powder which is the main flavour for this chocolate modak.

I have used choco chips here.
