Easiest Way to Royal Yummy Cutout Cookies: egg, soy, dairy, & gluten-free. Corn-lite Delicious, fresh and tasty.

Cutout Cookies: egg, soy, dairy, & gluten-free. Corn-lite. These cut out cookies require no eggs, and are peanut free and tree nut free. You can also make these eggless sugar cookies with gluten free flour. If you try them dairy free/vegan, a higher fat DF margarine is recommended (for example, margarine sticks vs. tub margarine).

If you're soy-free, be sure to choose the red container of Earth Balance as that is the one that does not contain soy.

These cookies do contain egg and wheat (gluten).

  1. You need 2 1/3 cup of gluten-free flour.

  2. You need 1 1/2 cup of powdered sugar.

  3. It’s 1/2 tsp of sea salt.

  4. You need 1/2 of baking soda.

  5. You need 1/2 tsp of cream of tartar.

  6. It’s 1/3 cup of coconut oil.

  7. Prepare 1/3 of milk alternative.

  8. It’s 1/2 tsp of if you blend lacks xanthan gum add.

This recipe is dairy-free / non-dairy, egg-free, peanut-free, soy-free, tree nut-free, vegan and vegetarian.

Just be sure to choose your ingredients wisely.

Some dairy-free margarines do contain soy, but their are soy-free options, including two from Earth Balance.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper..

  2. I made mine own powdered sugar by blending regular organic sugar..

  3. Sift and mix all dry ingredients..

  4. Melt coconut oil and mix with milk substitute..

  5. Slowly incorporate dry ingredients into wet ingredients..

  6. Dough should ball up and be difficult to stir. It should hold together well..

  7. Place in between two pieces of parchment paper and roll out until its about a quarter of an inch thick. Then refrigerate for at least 15 minutes..

  8. You cookie cutters to make shapes..

  9. Bake cookies for 7-8 minutes. Do NOT over bake, as they WONT turn much of a golden color..

  10. Remove cookies from oven and place on cooling rack to cool completely. Store in air-tight container..

Well, now you don't have to find out because I have soft, roll out sugar cookies that are allergy-friendly-which means these have no: wheat, gluten, dairy, egg, soy, peanut or tree nuts.

Beat shortening and sugar in large bowl until smooth and creamy.

Beat in egg, soy milk and vanilla until well blended.

Combine flour, baking powder and salt in medium bowl.

Gradually add flour mixture to shortening mixture until well blended.
