Chop methi leaves wash properly and drain water.

Now take a fenugreek in a vessel. Add besan rice flour asafoetida, chilli paste add crushed pepper and coriander sugar and mash bananas red chilli powder mix well and rest for 5-10 mins ginger.

Heat oil Add pinch soda in a batter and 1tbsp hot oil.No need to add water. mix well and put bhajiya with finger tips fry both side till it turns in golden colour..
