Ingredients of Kela methi bhajiya

  1. You need 100 gms of methi leaves small.

  2. Prepare 150 gms of besan.

  3. You need 1 tbsp of Rice flour.

  4. Prepare 1 tbsp of ginger chilli paste.

  5. You need to taste of Salt.

  6. You need 1 tbsp of crushed dry Coriander and pepper.

  7. You need 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.

  8. It’s 2 pc of Bananas.

  9. You need 1 tbsp of Sugar.

  10. It’s 1 tsp of Asofoetida.

  11. You need Pinch of soda.

  12. You need Some of Oil for fry.

A very popular and tasty Gujarati snack called Mehti Kela na Bhajiya, Methi Pakora or also known as Khalwa.

  1. Chop methi leaves wash properly and drain water.

  2. Now take a fenugreek in a vessel. Add besan rice flour asafoetida, chilli paste add crushed pepper and coriander sugar and mash bananas red chilli powder mix well and rest for 5-10 mins ginger.

  3. Heat oil Add pinch soda in a batter and 1tbsp hot oil.No need to add water. mix well and put bhajiya with finger tips fry both side till it turns in golden colour..

  4. Tasty delicious kela methi bhajia is ready to serve. Serve hot or cold..
