My son loves puttu.and this is his favorite.he loves meen masala puttu too.
But if you are using cylinder shaped steamer, then it can be prepared in a single batch.

You can cook Masala puttu using 12 ingredients and 3 steps. Here is how you achieve it.
Ingredients of Masala puttu

It’s 1 cup of Roasted rice flour.

You need 200 gm of Chicken.

You need 1 1/2 tbsp of Coconut oil.

Prepare 3 of Onion.

Prepare 4 of Green chillies.

Prepare 2 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.

It’s 1/4 tsp of black Pepper power.

You need 1/4 tsp of Garam masala powder.

Prepare 2 tbsp of Coriander leaves.

It’s to taste of Salt.

Prepare 4 Tablespoon of Sherded coconut.

It’s As needed of Water.
In addition to grated coconut, a layer of scrambled egg masala is added to the mould before adding the puttu mix into the mould before being steamed.

is the staple food of the Keralites and from Kerala and the recipe of puttu slowly spread to other parts of India, and now puttu recipe has become one of the famous dishes of the country.

Take 200 gm cooked bone less chicken with turmeric powder and salt. Mash the chicken. Heat a pan add coconut oil add chopped onion add 1tspn ginger garlic paste add green chilli then add salt as needed saute well. When it become soft add all spices powder then again mix well..

Fry till the raw smell is gone then add smashed chicken into it mix Together closed the lid and again cook for 5 mins. Add chopped coriander remove from the heat take 1cup roasted rice flour add a pinch salt take.

Water to mix. Cook in steem for 3 mins remove from the flame. Again mix with water then layer the chicken masala2 table spoon then 1 table spoon sherded coconut then roasted rice flour cook in steem for 3 mins.its ready to serve.
