It’s 500 gm of Spinach.

It’s 50 gram of coriander.

You need 2-3 table spoon of chickpea flour.

You need 1 tsp of turmeric powder.

Prepare to taste of Salt.

Prepare 3 table spoon of oil.

It’s 1 tsp of mustard seeds.

You need 1 tsp of cumin seeds.

Prepare Pinch of asafoetida.

Prepare 3-4 of curry leaves.

It’s 1 tbsp of cumin coriander powder.

It’s 1 tbsp of red chilli powder.
Then add chopped spinach/palak to it.
Now mix all by rubbing between hands.
Add little water (if required) to make smooth soft dough.
Roll out balls of besan dough into cylindrical form.

Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and when it started splutters add asafoetida and curry leaves.

Add washed and chopped spinach and coriander and cook properly till spinach wilts completely. Add turmeric powder, cumin coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt and mix well and cook untill oil separates.

Now add chickpea flour and mix properly untill all chickpea flour absorb by spinach and curry separates from pan.
This is a simple spinach curry, cooked with milk and has a delicious unique taste.
This was my father's favorite dish in winter time.
A creamy savory dish with mild spices.
Serve with Makki ki Roti, or Naan.
Lastly, add the chopped spinach and salt.
