It’s 2 cups of Whole wheat flour.

It’s 1 cup of Chopped methi leaves.

You need 1 cup of Chopped coriander leaves.

Prepare 1 tea spoon of Chopped green chillies.

Prepare 1 tea spoon of Ajwain.

It’s 1 table spoon of Ghee / oil.

Prepare 1/2 cup of Ghee/oil for frying.

Methi Paratha instructions

Take flour in a bowl,add all the ingredients.Mix well till look crumbly..

Make a dough with lukewarm water.Take care that dough should be a little hard than normal paratha dough..

Cover and leave for 10minutes..

Make 6equal portions and roll each portion into paratha..

Heat a tawa,cook paratha on medium flame,apply 1tea spoon ghee/oil and fry till golden..

Make all parathe in same way..

Serve with achar/curd..
