  1. Prepare 3 of tomatoes diced.

  2. You need 1 bunch of green onion leaves.

  3. It’s 1 tbsp of margarine.

  4. It’s of Left over sukuma wiki (kales).

  5. It’s 1/2 cup of milk or cream.

  6. It’s to taste of Salt.

Here is my version of the recipe using kale, which is a superfood full of lots of nutrients.

  1. Put your onions and tomatoes together in a sufuria add margarine, let it simmer while you stir once in a while until the tomatoes kinda form a paste,, all this in low heat careful for the onions not to burn because we want them green not brown.

  2. Add milk or cream to the mixture and stir,, then add the kales, put salt to taste.

  3. Serve with ugali, an avocado and milk.

This traditional recipe is simple to prepare and uses few ingredients, but the finished dish is extremely tasty and satisfying!
