  1. Ek bare wok mein oil ko garam kàrein. Is mein pyaz ko achi tarah saute karein jub pyaz ka colour change ho jae to is mein zeera or ginger garlic paste sdd kar dein or 2 se 3 min pakaen then add washed and cut bhindi,and mix well..

  2. Ab 5 min baad tomatoes bhi add karein or sath mein all dry spices add kar dein 3 min tak pakaen and mix well and cover for the 10 mins..

  3. At last add green chillies and fresh coriander and mix well and dish out and serve with homemade roti..
