How to Make Cranberry Oatmeal Bars.
Cranberry Oatmeal Bars step by step

Preheat oven to 325 and grease a 8x8 cake pan..

Prepare crust by combining the first 6 ingredients, stirring with a whisk..

Drizzle butter and juice over mixture, stirring until moistened (mixture will be crumbly)..

Reserve 1/4 cup of the mixture, pouring the rest into the prepared cake pan. Spread evenly, pressing to bottom of pan to form a crust..

To prepare filling, combine all filling ingredients. Pour and spread evenly on to crust..

Sprinkle reserved oat mixture on top and bake for 30-40 minutes, until edges start to brown..

Cool completely in pan on wire rack..
Pour the cranberry sauce/jelly over the bottom layer when it's done.
For the top crumble, add another cup of filling.
In a large bowl mix together the oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Use your fingers to rub in the butter into the dry ingredients.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt remaining butter; stir in the pecans and remaining brown sugar and oats.
