Put sufuria in a jiko with water let it boil..add flour and stir to make ugali.

Add onions in cooking pan let them cook till golden brown add tomatoes and garlic..

After the tomatoes have cooked add liver let it cook with medium heat. dont let over cook.add salt to taste.

In another sufuria,add cooking oil and onions after they have cooked add kales tomatoes and Dania on top cover with lid then let it simmer for 5 minutes..
