  1. It’s 1/2 C of "Garden Egg Salad" ( see my recipes ).

  2. It’s 2 slices of white bread; toasted.

  3. Prepare 2 slices of bacon.

  4. It’s 1 handful of baby spinach & baby arugula mix.

  5. It’s of butter; as needed.

  6. It’s of "Parsley & Lemon Vinaigrette" ( see my recipes); as needed.
