Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and make a dough for poori..

Add hot water and knead to make a tight dough.

Kasta or khasta means crispy, so it is a crispy poori with ajwain / omam as a main ingredient.

  1. Ek bowl mein aata, besan, maida, etc. sb dal kar soft aata guth le 5 minutes rest de.

  2. Ek kadhai mein oil dale gram karein aate ki chhoti -chhoti loi banayein.

  3. Pooriya tale.

  4. Masala tea(gud wali) ke saath sarv karein.

  5. Tea bnane Ke liye ek pan mein milk and paani half cup s bhi km dale.

  6. Jab ek ubal aaye gas sim rakhein usme gingr sugar, tea add karein spoon s mix karein ab isme kali mirch, Lang, elaichi, dalcheeni and gud dale.

  7. Sim gas par 5 minutes pkne de ready hai masala tea gud wali.
