  1. It’s 12 of chicken drumsticks with skin.

  2. Prepare of Marinate(grind) 1 cup coriander leaves '1/2 cup mint leaves.

  3. It’s 1/2 cup of spinach leaves,1 inch ginger.

  4. You need 5 cloves of garlic,8 green chillies,1/2 tsp salt,1/2 lemon.

  5. It’s 1 drop of green food colour & 1/2 tsp salt)1 tsp white pepper pwd.

  6. It’s 1 tsp of cumin pwd,1 tsp coriander pwd,1 tsp garam masala pwd.

  7. It’s 2 of tbsn gram flour,1 coal,some butter to grill.

Origin of Hariyali Chicken Mix well and add the chicken pieces to this hariyali masala.

Heat a grill pan, drizzle some oil, place the marinated chicken pieces and grill evenly on either side till you gets nicely charred.

Serve hot with sliced onions and lemon wedges.

  1. Grind the masala(pic1)make lengthwise slits on chicken.now apply green colour to chicken,salt and lemon juice and mix well.

  2. Now in grind masala,add cumin pwd,coriander pwd,garam masala pwd,white pepper pwd,gram flour and salt.

  3. Now mix masala with chicken drumsticks.marinate for atleast 1 hour.now grill chicken each side for 15 min and keep brushing melted butter.
