Kadah Parshad Aate ka halwa instructions

  1. In a pan boil water and sugar till sugar melts.

  2. Heat a kadahi on medium heat add ghee till it melts.

  3. Add wheat flour and roast on medium flame until aroma spreads and colour is golden brown. Stir continuously.

  4. Add sugar syrup and stir continuously on high flame until required consistency is achieved.

  5. Delicious halwa is ready to relish.
